Excellence Foundation Zurich // Media relations

The EFZH is an independent foundation committed to supporting cutting-edge research at the University of Zurich’s Department of Economics. It seeks to raise funds for this purpose, and positions itself as an enabler of new professorships. open up has been supporting EFZH in its communications since 2011.

Our job

To advise the foundation on media relations, organise programmes such as media training for representatives of the Department of Economics, and place studies in target media.

Our services

    • Establishing the foundation and its topics of research in the media
    • Conceiving, planning and implementing media relations activities
    • Positioning the foundation, the professors of the Department of Economics and the doctoral candidates in the media
    • Drafting the core messages and content sent out by the UBS International Center of Economics in Society
